Chicago Gadgets is a bit of trek for me, but it is worth the journey! Recommended by a Micro Center employee, I came to Chicago Gadgets for a shot at repairing my Lenovo laptop chargeport without having to replace the entire motherboard and/or buy a new laptop. It worked! (Not to mention was cost way less than replacements would have.) When another issue came up, I asked about coming in again and they emailed me with at home fixes to try first. (Greatly appreciated as a time saver!) The chargeport eventually needed additional attention a few months later, and the team at Chicago Gadgets fixed it up so quickly. Everyone here is great and they really know their stuff! Highly recommend

I went to Chicago Gadgets to get the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 replaced. The staff member that worked with me was friendly and assured me that this was a common problem that they could fix, no problem. The price was better than other similar businesses in the area, and the work was done in the time frame promised. Picking up my PlayStation was quick and seamless. I would recommend Chicago Gadgets to my friends for their repair needs. Thank you guys!

Went to this store to pick up a iPad Pro, the nice young lady there had great customer service and wanted to make sure the iPad was in good working condition before purchasing. She also offered a juice for my Daughter which was very nice :) Definitely recommend this store. Thank you guys very much!

Absolutely hands down the best technology service I have ever experienced. I broke my computer screen the Apple Store wanted $1,100 and 3-4 weeks for a repair and Chicago gadgets did it in less than a day for $300. They didn’t require me to pay until it was fully done and the repair is flawless my screen has never looked better. 100/10 nobody does it better.

My broken iPad screen was fixed in an hour and some minutes after a brief phone conversation with the super friendly & hospitable Mohammad. The cashier & technicians are super knowledgeable & friendly as well. To top it all off, all of their parts & labor are warranty guaranteed with an uber nice price. I definitely would recommend & will return.

I’m so happy with the service at Chicago Gadgets. This is the first time I came here and I will definitely be back! My computer is now working perfectly And it was ready faster than promised. On top of that, everyone is SO nice. Highly recommend.

Jackie was incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out, though, was the owner, Mohamad. I watched him go out of his way to help an elderly lady who just needed to borrow a charger for her laptop. That kind of genuine customer service is rare.
